Clip n Climb

Long Bay Regional Park

Long Bay Regional Park has plenty to offer including a spectacular beach, incredible rock pools and picnic areas with barbeques. Listen to the cicadas chirping, whilst relaxing under the shade of a stunning pohutakawa tree. Charlotte recently visited the Marine Education & Recreation Centre, located just near the entrance to the park.

Adventure Mini Golf Auckland

Here's a great idea for some fun time out! At Adventure Mini Golf, you can try your skills on a huge variety of mini golf challenges. Based on a pirate theme, both young and old can enjoy some fun out with the family or friends. Watch the aeroplanes come in to land at Auckland Airport, just next door.


MOTAT Museum of Transport & Technology

Situated near Auckland Zoo, MOTAT (Museum of Transport & Technology) is a fascinating place to visit to find out more about New Zealand's technological history. There's something for everyone from the mirror maze to early aircraft, from old buildings to motion rides! Ella and Renee have been there on a school trip but the general public are welcome too.

Mansion House, Kawau Island

Beautiful Kawau Island lies just off the coast a short drive north from the Hibiscus Coast. Historic Mansion House has been restored and is open to the public. Why not take a day trip, relax, enjoy the scenery, have a swim and learn some more about early New Zealand history. Jay and Charlotte are keen to tell you more.
